The masks themselves are decent, but I ran into some trouble with my order. The team is super friendly and helpful, but there were issues on Royal Mail's end—they didn’t deliver it. Maskey promised to resend my order, but instead of the kids' size I requested, they sent adult masks with adjusters. That’s not what I wanted; if I needed adult sizes, I would’ve ordered those.

Honestly, I’m a bit fed up with all the back and forth, so I think I’ll just look for masks elsewhere. I’m not thrilled about how much I spent, especially since I now have 10 adult masks that aren’t comfy, and I’ll have to shell out more cash for ones that actually fit. Guess I’ll be going with a different brand this time.

On the bright side, the quality of the masks is really nice; I’ve had them before and they’re great.

They say they're adjustable, but that's not the case, so I'll need to resize them on my own. If you're a bigger guy (and can handle some misleading info!), steer clear.

I purchased a mask that turned out to be too large for me from a retailer. I reached out to Maskey via email to see if I could get some adjusters (since some of their masks come with them). I got a quick response asking for my address, and the very next day, I received the adjusters free of charge. I’ve put them on, and now my leopard print mask fits just right :-). Now that’s what I call outstanding customer support!

I was hoping for better quality given the cost. They're way too big. They don't fit the face right and aren't tight enough, so they offer barely any protection. Super uncomfortable on the ears too. Honestly, just a waste of cash on these pretty subpar masks.

Hailing from the US, I stumbled upon this brand while buying a mask featuring the UK band Suede, crafted by Maskey. Gotta say, I’m really impressed with the quality of the mask and the fact that it’s made in the UK. It’s way better than most masks you find over here in the States. Plus, the company was super quick to respond to my questions, and the customer service was top-notch. Five stars all the way for Maskey!

I got my masks to back a small startup and the eco-friendly cause, but I was pretty let down when they showed up. I ordered two black masks for adults, and I think my head size is pretty standard for a woman, but I gotta say these masks are huge—so much so that I can't even wear 'em. Make sure to double-check the sizing before you buy; I honestly can't see how these would fit any adult woman's face or head properly.

I would’ve given it a five-star rating if one of my top picks had been listed as out of stock on the website. But once Emily let me know about that, everything was cool. She also helped me out with a couple of questions I had regarding the masks.

These masks are crafted nicely and super comfy. Ordering was a breeze, and my masks showed up right on schedule. I did notice one mask was missing, but I shot an email to customer service, and they got back to me in no time, saying sorry and assuring me they'd send the missing mask that very day. True to their promise, it showed up the next day. This is one of the simplest, no-fuss online shops I've ever dealt with.

I placed my order on June 30th. Got a dispatch notice on July 1st. Reached out on July 3rd to check the tracking since it still hadn’t shown up, and was informed it hadn’t even been sent out yet. Eventually, on July 9th, I received the tracking info. This whole experience was not what I anticipated considering how much I paid and what others had said.
